1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ulricksellsflorida.com, our webinars, and our email and text messaging programs, all operated by Robust Empire LLC (“Robust Empire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our website, registering for a webinar, or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Educational Content Only

Our webinars, website content, and messages are provided for general educational purposes about the homebuying process.

• They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, or lending advice. Consult qualified professionals about your specific situation.
• Nothing we share is a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, a loan approval, or a guarantee of any rate, program, or eligibility. Loan terms and assistance programs vary and are set by lenders and program administrators.
• Attending a webinar or receiving our messages does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, or client relationship with Robust Empire LLC or Ulrick Germain. Any such relationship requires a separate written agreement.
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including that you will purchase a home.

3. Webinar Registration and Access

• Our webinars are free unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Your access link is for your personal use. Please do not share it publicly. You are welcome to invite others to register through our registration page.
• We may reschedule, change, or cancel a webinar. If that happens, we will notify registered attendees using the contact details they provided.
• Webinars may be recorded. By attending, you agree that your name, questions, and any video or audio you choose to share may appear in the recording.
• Please be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Robust Empire LLC offers two separate, optional text messaging programs:

• Event and account notifications (non-marketing): registration confirmations, webinar reminders, schedule changes, replay links, and appointment reminders.
• Marketing messages: real estate tips, event invitations, and homebuying offers.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the applicable, unchecked consent box on our web forms and submitting your mobile number. Each program has its own checkbox. Consent is not required to register for a webinar or to make any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your registrations and interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that program. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent from that program. To rejoin, opt in again through our website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number or notify us so we can update our records.

5. Email Communications

If you register or opt in, we may email you about your registration, reminders, replays, and, where permitted, marketing content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails about a webinar you registered for may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

6. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or register someone else without their permission.
• Use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Copy, scrape, or collect content or other users’ information by automated means.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our webinars, including text, graphics, logos, slides, and recordings, is owned by or licensed to Robust Empire LLC and protected by law. You may view it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

We use third-party services such as Google Meet to deliver webinars, and our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

Our website, webinars, and messages are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information is complete, current, or suitable for your situation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robust Empire LLC and its owners, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, our website, webinars, or messages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robust Empire LLC and its owners, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms
