• Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the referring website.

• To register you for webinars and send your confirmation, access link, reminders, schedule changes, and replay.
• To respond to your questions and schedule consultations you request.

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information

We offer two separate, optional text messaging programs. You can join either, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for a webinar or of any purchase.

• Event and account notifications (non-marketing): registration confirmations, webinar reminders, schedule changes, replay links, and appointment reminders.
• Marketing messages: real estate tips, event invitations, and homebuying offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (813) 408-4490 or realtor.germain@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows, and always subject to the mobile information restriction in Section 4:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email delivery, video meeting tools (Google Meet), website hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Robust Empire LLC, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers, if Robust Empire LLC is involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information.
• With your permission, when you ask us to share your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We will respond to verified requests as those laws require.
